Hello ARLIS!
As we all prepare for the upcoming conference in St. Louis, we would like to let you know of several opportunities to engage with the Teaching SIG at the conference:
- Pre-register today for the Teaching SIG workshop, titled Teaching in the Art Library: From Pedagogy to Praxis, given on Monday, April 20th at 1:00 pm.
- The Teaching SIG coordinators will be giving an introduction to the SIG at the ArLiSNAP SIG Lightning Round Session on Tuesday, April 21st at 9 am.
- Join the Teaching SIG for our sponsored conference session, titled Reimagining the Frame: Connecting Art to the Framework in Theory and Practice, also on Tuesday, April 21st at 1:30 pm.
- And finally, our SIG meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd at 12:30 pm. Bring your lunch and join us for discussion of Teaching SIG plans for virtual meetings, future conferences, the blog, and more, as well as a discussion of diversity and inclusion in instruction.
