They are a regular occurrence to everyone, not limited to ARLIS. Just (as Laura says) ignore them and then mark them as “Junk” and “Block Sender.”

Subject: [ARLIS-L] phishing emails
All:
I have had reports from members across the organization that they received a phishing email from [log in to unmask] purporting to be Laura Schwartz.
Please do not respond.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
These spam messages are a regular occurrence to executive board members.
I am sorry to see they have spread to the wider ARLIS/NA membership.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Best, Laura
