Dear Colleagues: The Northwest Chapter of ARLIS/NA (Art Libraries Society of North America) is inviting applications for our 2020 Travel Award. The recipient of this award will receive $500 to help cover registration and travel expenses for the annual ARLIS/NA 48th Annual Conference in Saint Louis, taking place April 20-24. Applications must include a personal statement of financial need and how receiving this award would benefit your professional development. Please note: Applicants must be current members of ARLIS/NW and ARLIS/NA and must live in the Northwest region (Alaska - Alberta - British Columbia - Idaho - Oregon - Washington - Yukon Territory). Award winners must submit a report to the ARLIS/NA Northwest Executive Committee summarizing conference activities and experiences for Chapter communications and are encouraged to stay professionally active with the local chapter.
