Hello ARLISians,
Are you a student or new professional looking for opportunities to get involved in conversations around art librarianship? We are excited to announce an opening
in our team of volunteers: Co-Chapter Liaison!
We would like to thank our outgoing volunteer, Colleen Farry, and look forward to getting interest forms from potential new team members soon.
Our Chapter Liaisons help keep us connected with our ARLIS Chapters in the United States, promoting chapter news and events to ArLiSNAP while
sharing relevant ArLiSNAP news with each chapter. This role is split between two individuals, and the other half of this partnership is currently Meg Milewski. More information about our volunteers is available here:
http://arlisnap.arlisna.org/aboutness/arlisnap-volunteers/
To apply for this position, please fill out the ArLiSNAP Volunteer Position Interest Form available here:
https://tinyurl.com/ArLiSNAP-interest. We will be reviewing the first round
of applications on 12/9, so be sure to submit your form by Sunday, 12/8! If you have any questions about the role or ArLiSNAP
before the deadline, please feel free to reach out to the co-moderators (contact information below).
If you or someone you know is interested in more information about ArLiSNAP, we encourage exploration of our website:
http://arlisnap.arlisna.org/. We also have a separate email list for students and new
professionals; instructions to subscribe are available here: http://arlisnap.arlisna.org/aboutness/listserv/
