Wednesdays, October 2 through November 6 (skip October 9), 6-9pm
This class is ideal for those who wish to learn simple forms for presenting work, or for building fundamental knowledge on bookbinding. 

 

Bookbinding 1: Soft Cover 2-Day Intensive

Saturday and Sunday, November 2 and 3, 11-5pm
Ideal for those who wish to learn simple forms for presenting work, or for building fundamental knowledge on bookbinding. 

 

Bookbinding 2: Introduction to Hardcover Binding

Tuesdays, November 5 through December 3, 6-9pm

Students will learn to make hardcover books including hardcover pamphlets, flat back case bindings, and a book with a rounded spine.

 

Bookbinding 2: Hard Cover 2-Day Intensive

Saturday & Sunday, November 23 and 24, 11-5pm

Students will learn to make hardcover books including hardcover pamphlets, flat back case bindings, and a book with a rounded spine.

 

Bookbinding 3: Editioning

Mondays, September 9 - October 7, 6-9pm 

Learn valuable techniques for producing editions through developing a small edition of hardcover books.

 

Bookbinding 4: Intermediate Hardcover

Mondays, October 21 through November 18, 6-9pm

Learn the ins and outs of inboard binding while practicing your rounding skills, and how to set up and use a sewing frame for inboard binding.
