Hello Collective Wisdom,
I am trying to identify this painting and the artist for a student and would be most grateful for any advice or information.
She thinks the painting is titled “Ships at Harbor” and the number 209 is on the back. The signature says “Brett”, but I cannot for the life of me find anything more like a full name or bio on an artist.
I cannot even find out if it is a male artist or a female artist.
Any thoughts? Please see attached…
