Both Architectural Record and Archdaily have case studies under the Projects tab on their website. The latter is a free website.

 

Bloomsbury also has interior design sections in their Applied Visual Arts and Architecture digital libraries. But, their content is not restricted to case studies.

We recently subscribed to Building Types Online from De Gruyter, and it includes case studies, architectural drawings, floor plans, photos, and articles. In my limited use of it, I've found that many case studies do include interior floor plans and photos.
