Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

Thank you to those who have responded with the answer - much appreciated! For the curious, it's American Arts, published by the American Council for the Arts.

Hello ARLIS,

I'm helping a faculty member with their research on a CETA Artist Legacy project, and it has led to a clipping - attached for context - from the magazine titled "American Arts." Issue date is October 1979, and we've determined that its not from "American Arts Quarterly," as that's too recent of a publication. Does anyone remember this publication, or have any leads on where to look for more information on it? They're hoping to find out publisher, etc, if possible, and I've exhausted general web searches, and there are no holdings at F&M that match the title.

Thank you all!

Best,
Anna
