Hello all,I write seeking a bit of wisdom from anyone who has had experiences with donations of catalogs or other print materials from museums/galleries/art book publishers, not intended for public distribution. We recently received a donation which included the "for private use only" catalog A Collection of China's Pagodas: 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition from Mee-Seen Loong Fine Art LLC (not to be confused with the longer 158-page publicly distributed version of this catalog, OCLC #905349670). We are obviously hesitant to catalog this because of its multiple indications that the work was intended "for private use only" and "may not be copied or distributed without permission."~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
