Dear Colleagues,


I am trying to help a professor here at WSU who is researching artist Willliam Samuel Parrott. He found a notice (attached) through a JSTOR search for an article by Marian White published in a December 1904 issue (no. 6) of the Fine Arts Journal (Chicago). JSTOR seems to have some issues, but not the particular one he is looking for. We have been sending requests through our local ILL, but have not had any luck. I thought I would send this with the off-chance hope that one of your institutions might have physical copies available, or advice on how to locate this 1904 feature on Oregon artists.
