Interested in presenting at the Salt Lake City conference? Are you a student or new professional (under 5 years post MLS) with a project you'd like to share? If so, consider submitting an abstract for the New Voices in the Profession session. To be considered, send the following to Meredith Hale at [log in to unmask] by Friday, December 14:
Paper topics should relate strongly to Art and/or Visual Resources Librarianship, but can also include digital library projects, archival work, library instruction, reference and the changing nature of libraries, among other topics. Papers that focus on the conference theme “Arts: In/Site” and highlight art in Utah, site-specific endeavors, vision’s role in librarianship, or insights into new developments within the field will be given special consideration.

To see papers presented in past sessions, please view Conference Proceedings from previous years on the ARLIS website (https://www.arlisna.org/news/conferences). Papers will be selected by representatives from ArLiSNAP and the ARLIS/NA Professional Development Committee in January.

On behalf of the ARLIS/NA PDC,
Meredith Hale and Olivia Miller
