I’m pleased to announce the Frick Art Reference Library’s participation in a grant-funded project led by Stanford University. Our library joins 19 large university libraries and the National Library of Medicine as cohorts in LD4P (Linked
Data for Production), a Mellon Foundation-funded initiative supporting the new BIBFRAME data model for libraries. It will be an exciting and informative experience for our staff to participate in this broad investigation into semantic data that will serve
to inform tomorrow’s libraries. We will be sharing our experiences with the art libraries community as the project proceeds. Please see the link to the press release below for more information on LD4P.
