Dear Colleagues, We are preparing to process the exhibition records of the Grolier Club as part of our institutional records collection. I would like to create a records retention policy for things like loan paperwork, correspondence, etc. I am particularly concerned that we are following all legal requirements. I would be helpful to see how other institutions have managed this. If anyone would be willing to share their exhibition records retention policy with me, I would be most grateful.
