Hello community,
As a small public library with a rather outstanding, but seriously outdated, art technique / art history book collection I am asking for advice on books / printed materials in the following areas:
- Color Theory
- General Acrylic painting technique
- Airbrushing
- General Oils painting technique
- Glass Etching
- General drawing technique
- Reverse Glass Painting
- embroidery
- Weaving
- Trapunto
- Loom construction
- Macrame
- Surrealism
The current gaps in the collection have been caused by a deaccession of books from the 1950s through the 1980s. I am aware of better materials, and now am searching out expert opinion.
Thank you so very much,
Virginia
