Dear ARLIS/NA Colleagues:

The ARLIS/NA 2019 Salt Lake City Program Subcommittee has reviewed all session submissions and has combined several into new paper panels and interactive panels.

We are now seeking moderators for these merged panels. All ARLIS/NA members are welcome to apply. We particularly encourage anyone who is seeking first-time participation at an ARLIS/NA conference. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know peers from across the country and become more familiar with the session-development process.

All moderators will need to:

  * Work with the presenters to combine and refine their individual proposals into a cohesive panel session, including a new abstract, interactive elements (if applicable), learning objectives, primary topics, and target audiences by September 30, 2018.
  * Work with the Program Co-chairs and Conference Materials Editor to meet conference program goals and subsequent administrative deadlines (including final documentation of presentations at/after the conference).
  * Attend the 2019 conference in Salt Lake City and moderate the panel session. (Sessions will be presented March 27-29.)

If you would like to apply to be a moderator, please fill out this Google Form<https://goo.gl/forms/a2RPra8YEDBfJz6m2> by July 22, 2018.

Thank you!
