Hello all,
Below is information on two workshops at the:
Center for Book Arts – New York, NY –www.centerforbookarts.org
CarouselBooks – August 25-26 – 10 -4, 2018

A carousel bookis an ingenious work, containing three-dimensional panoramic scenes that arerevealed in multilayered openings that recede into space. Its seductivenesscomes as a result of its construction, a series of five scenes, which whentaken together are a play in five acts. Viewed through windows or otherintricate opening, they take the viewer in their world, beckoning withsurprises of creative multidimensional visual experiences. When fully opened itcreates a full 180 degrees stage, which from an aerial perspective can be seenas a complex star, with the viewer performing a dance around it.

PastePapers: Make your Mark – August 4-5 – 10-4, 2018

Pastepapers are a gateway to creating unique patterned papers for one’s own artisticpractices.
