Lawrie, Here’s what I have used for my purposes (primarily mainstream studio films): If the film/series is listed on IMDB.com you can find information regarding distributors listed under the “Company Credits” section. Click on the “See more” link in that section to see all known distributors. This information includes company, year, locale, and format.
