• Library Assessment Conference: Building Effective, Sustainable, Practical Assessment, Houston, Texas, Dec. 5-7. Proposals due May 7.
• Forum on Minority Recruitment and Retention in the LIS Field, made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia, Aug. 1-2. Application due May 7.
• Library Juice Press has two chapter proposal calls: Special Collections as Sites of Contestation, due June 1, and Deconstructing Service in Libraries: Intersections of Identities and Expectations, due July 15.
