Hi all,

 

Please consider taking our survey about art acquisition and exhibition in academic libraries. Our goal is to examine and compare how libraries manage and promote their art and exhibits, build relationships with other art stewards, and gain an understanding of art advocacy in other academic libraries. While the survey is designed with university libraries in mind, all libraries are welcome to respond. Please feel free to share this survey with other institutions.

 

The survey consists of 13 questions which will take approximately 5-10 minutes to answer.  Please complete by Monday, April 23.

We’d like to limit to one response per institution.

 

For the purpose of this survey, FINE ART is defined as an activity that requires great skill or accomplishment, and includes creative art, especially visual art, to be appreciated primarily or solely for its imaginative, aesthetic, and/or intellectual content. This does not include photographs of university-related people, events, and facilities.
