Dear Colleagues, In October, we launched a GoFundMe campaign for an ArLiSNAP New Professional Travel Award. Thanks to the generosity of our membership, we raised a little over $847 after GoFundMe fees and with two direct donations to ARLIS/NA headquarters. To take immediate advantage of this compassion, we will be offering $800 of the money raised to a travel award for the 46th Annual Conference for ARLIS/NA in New York City, February 25 - March 1, 2018. The other $47 will remain in an account dedicated to the New Professional Travel Award as a seed amount for next time. For those of you who have been employed in the field for less than 5 years, whether full-time or part-time, we hope you will take advantage and apply for this opportunity to be the first recipient of the ArLiSNAP New Professional Travel Award for $800 at the link below by *January 5th, 2018*.
