Dear Colleagues, We are conducting a survey of art libraries and their exhibition loan activity. For the purpose of this survey, a loan is defined as a request to display a library book in a museum or gallery exhibition. The request may come from your own institution, or from another institution. The purpose of this survey is to identify the levels of loan activity in art libraries and existing best practices or policies. We appreciate you taking the time to participate in this survey on behalf of your institution. If appropriate, please forward it to the staff member at your institution best informed on this issue.
