Dear ARLIS/NA Colleagues,
The editorial group working on the 2nd edition of Art Museum Libraries and Librarianship would like to share the chapter outline that we have developed. This outline incorporates the issues and opportunities that were reported in the February survey circulated through the ARLIS/NA listserv. We would like to thank everyone who was able to share their perspective!
We would also like to request your help on the next step in the publication process. We have reached out to several potential publishers and will need to submit at least three sample essays, as well as the chapter outline, for publisher consideration.
If you are interested in contributed to this volume, please submit a chapter proposal by October 6, 2017 which includes:

Essays from art museum libraries of all types and sizes are encouraged.

Proposals due: October 6, 2017
Draft essays will be due: December 15, 2017
Final essays (incorporating editor feedback) are due: January 15, 2018
