Thank you Sara, Caley, Mary, and Lynora for this fantastic round-up of articles relevant to public policy and the arts!  Here’s one that particularly caught my eye (under “Art, Activism, and Social Justice”).  In 2004, members of ARLIS/NA’s support group, the Society Circle, were treated to an amazine visit to Agnes Gund’s NYC apartment, which was as you can imagine, absolutely filled with star-quality  contemporary art.   Ms. Gund is obviously one of the good ones--as the following article reveals.
