Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
I would appreciate some help in guiding me regarding donating/depositing one's art works, archives and process materials to an institution.
Can you suggest web sites, books, articles, that can give me some guidelines of the process? What is expected from both parties?
