Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
TLG is not working at my institution and I have heard at many others. Might this be a topic at the meeting? Not sure how to pressure TLG to speed up their resolution of the problem. Maybe threaten to cancel subscriptions?!
