Moore College of Art & Design the first and only women's art and design college in the country-and one of two in the world - seeks a Library Director to manage all library operations
including automation, budget management, collection development, archives, audio/visual services, informational workshops and staff management and development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited program. Previous experience with Innovative, excellent communication skills, minimum
of five years library experience, ability to lead specialized and experienced library staff are required. A background in art, design or art history is preferable.
Responsibilities include managing all operations of the college library, participate in regional and national professional associations and develop new database capabilities and resource
services.
