Dear collective wisdom,
A faculty member was told by a colleague to read "the vast historiography on the anti-Ottoman representation in Raphael's Transfiguration" but we're struggling to find a single reading on the topic. Has anyone had experience with such a text or know of a possible direction to head down? We've exhausted all traditional options.
