 NDSR-NY 2016 Preservation Week Symposium WHAT:A day of digital preservation panels and workshops, as part of A.R.T.'s Preservation Week
 WHEN:April 28, 2016 from 9 AM to 6 PM
 WHERE: Brooklyn Historical Society, 128 Pierrepont St., Brooklyn, NY 11201
 WHO:Digital preservation practitioners, students, and anyone hoping to learn more about digital preservation!
 
 
 
 The New York National Digital Stewardship Residency cohort invites you to for a day of hands-on workshops, panels and discussions on the topic of digital preservation on April 28, 2016 from 9-6PM at the Brooklyn Historical Society. Breakfast and light refreshments will be served throughout the day.
 
 
 
 A full schedule with speaker and pre-workshop preparation information can be found here (this will link out to a Google Sheet in a new tab).  Participants may benefit from bringing a laptop to certain hands-on workshops (as indicated on the spreadsheet), although laptops are not strictly required.
 
 
 
 Afterwards, join us for a post-symposium cocktail hour in celebration of Preservation Week, graciously sponsored by the Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York (A.R.T.)
