Hello ARLIS/NA and VRA Members,

At next week's 2016 ARLIS/NA + VRA Joint Conference in Seattle, we will use the area around the North Tower escalators on the Westin Hotel’s Lobby Level as the assembly point for all tour departures and  transportation to the Welcome Party and Convocation Reception.

You will find 3 files attached to this message:  1 showing the Westin Lobby Level  floor plan, with the assembly area indicated, and 2 photos of the area, to help you orient yourself.

Please assemble at this staging area 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Tour leaders will have signs identifying themselves.

If you would prefer to take a taxi to the Welcome Reception at SAM, they can be hailed from the porte-cochere on the Westin’s main entrance, located on Westlake Avenue on the Sixth Avenue side of the hotel.
