      Questions:
      -

How do you see reference interactions as a “form of teaching?”/How
do you “teach” when you’re on the desk?
         -

Do you think that the “stance of neutrality” Kate mentions on page
6 is possible in a critical reference dialogue? Why/why not?
         -

What about your physical reference desk is conducive to teaching
and conversing with students? If there are elements that
aren’t, what are
some ways to work around them?
         -

Can we co-create critical dialogues with students through chat
         reference?
         -

How can we apply critical pedagogy to the museum environment? Do
you have a docent training program that could incorporate
these techniques?

We also have two sessions that the group proposed this year: Reshaping
Library Instruction within Art & Design Education: Experimenting and
implementing the Info Lit Framework

All the best,
Amanda
