People of all gender identities are welcomed to join us to write women back into history for the digital age!!! Contribute, edit, research online, look up books, or just stop by to show your support. PARKING All-day guest parking is available nearby at UCLA Parking Structures 3 & 5. PLEASE BRING Yourself, friends, a laptop, and a charger. (OR if you are a UCLA affiliate, you can check-out a laptop from the library!) WHY CONTRIBUTE? Systemic bias in Wikipedia results from a disproportionate rate of women contributors (15%) and editors (8.5%). Notable women from history and contemporary life are underrepresented in this online platform, meaning: they are not getting the recognition they deserve. We will release a schedule for editing tutorials closer to the date of the event.
