The ARLIS/NA Wolfgang M. Freitag Internship Award Sub-Committee is pleased to announce that Angelique Roy is the recipient of this year's award. Angelique is a student in the Master of Information (MI) program at the University of Toronto (specializing in Library and Information Science and Book History and Print Culture) and previously obtained an MA in art history from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario (2013). Her interests include special collections and artists’ books and for her internship she'll explore the parameters of digitizing illustrated print material and the way metadata influences the meaning and public reception of such collections. Angelique is currently an intern at the Gerstein Science Information Centre, the largest medical library in Canada, and a Student Representative of the ARLIS/NA Ontario chapter. She will complete her internship at a location to be determined following her graduation from the University of Toronto in May 2016.

Congratulations Angelique!
