Greetings ARLIS/NA LGBTQ SIG and interested Members,
Just a quick hello to let you know about the exciting session planned for March 11th in Seattle. As you may be aware, Seattle and the Pacific Northwest has the second-largest percentage of LGBTQ residents in the country.
From this vital and integrated community, we are lucky to have representatives from three important LGBTQ repositories come to discuss their important collections and unique histories: the Seattle Public Library, the Gay City Library, and
Special Collections of the University of Washington.
Please mark Friday March 11th at 11:30 – 1:00 on your calendar and join us.
Coming soon, there will be additional information concerning this on the Conference Website Schedule…
Cheers,
Edward
