Hi Margaret, I am happy to send photos of our fine press/artist book display areas and storage room to your email address if you like. When the space was planned, I worked with Campus Facilities Services to address the HVAC issues for the storage area - we also installed industrial shelving as it allows for storage of a greater range of sizes and weight. I am seeking advice on the types of shelving and storage cases that are used for housing artists' books, and the vendors through which our library may procure these items. We are in the planning stages of developing an artists' books collection, now that space has been freed up in Arts Library for a small special collections area.
