Dear colleagues,
I'm pleased to announce updated MARC record sets for online Metropolitan Museum of Art publications. These files include bibliographic records representing a mixture of the following:

* Titles with full text available in Watson Library Digital Collections (http://libmma.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/landingpage/collection/p15324coll10)
* Titles with full text or limited preview available in MetPublications (http://www.metmuseum.org/research/metpublications)
* Selected Bulletin of The Metropolitan Museum of Art articles with full text or limited preview available in Met Publications and full text available (for subscribers) in JSTOR
* Collection-level records for selected archival collections, including papers and sound recordings
* Serial records for Museum-published series, such as The children's bulletin

The records may include more than one link if the resource is available on multiple platforms. A few selected sets of exhibition gallery photography are linked from the record of the related exhibition catalog.

You may download the record sets here:
*       All records: http://libmma.org/digital_files/MMA_Pubs_records_2015_11.mrc (1,931 records, 2.94 MB)
* A subset of these, including only full-text titles: http://libmma.org/digital_files/MMA_Pubs_records_2015_11_fulltext.mrc (1,660 records, 2.31 MB). Please be aware that a few records contain preview links as well as full-text links (for example, one volume of a set may be available in full-text while a volume published more recently is preview only).

As mentioned last year, we will reissue annually complete sets that will include updated and new records for online MMA Publications. Please note that these records were created over the last 30 years according to the various cataloging codes in effect at the time; all authorized headings have been maintained and updated. Many thanks are due to our catalogers: past, present and elsewhere!

Our bibliographic record number is included in the 905 field, in case you'd like to use this data point to match and overlay records when loading this and future sets.

All best,
Dan
