During the Southeastern College Art Conference (SECAC) board meeting in Pittsburgh, the name of the organization’s print journal, SECAC Review, was changed to Art Inquiries with the 2016 issue. I gather this was done to reflect a more national audience for articles and readership as well as recent SECAC membership and conference attendance. 

Now Art Inquiries invites proposals for exhibition reviews to be published in the 2016 issue. Exhibitions should take place in 2015 or early 2016. Writers cannot have a direct professional or personal connection to the exhibit under consideration.  Send a brief proposal (approx. 200-300 words) and cv with publication history to Kristina Olson, exhibition reviews editor, at [log in to unmask] by Dec. 15, 2015. (Selected reviews will be due in May.)
