Hi Emily, I believe that the Backserv list disappeared when Swets Information Service went under. You can try the ALA Duplicates and Exchange Union list: http://www.ala.org/alcts/mgrps/ecoms/deu Some periodical vendors have serials exchange services as well – we use Ebsco, and I believe they have an exchange service.
