Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
We've had some issues here with visitors not using our space for library work and/or becoming disruptive to other staff and patrons. Does your library have "conditions of entry" or "we reserve the right to refuse service" kind of signage or policies that address this issue?
