Dear ARLIS/NA Colleagues,

The study tour, On the Material Trail: Inside the Culture of 'Made in Italy', has been postponed and will be rescheduled for October 2016 (details to follow).

Approved in July, the tour was met with great enthusiasm but the short timeframe proved unfeasible for the marshaling of time and resources by interested persons.

I appreciate the support from the International Relations Committee, the ARLIS/NA Executive Board, both the Fashion-Textile-Costume and Materials SIGs, and other interested colleagues to make this tour a unique and memorable learning experience--which it will be next year.
