Step-by-step instructions will guide participants through every aspect of an exhibition, from the beginning idea to the full-fledged exhibit. In-class exercises and homework will allow participants to put their newfound knowledge to use immediately. Learning Objectives: Identify the key steps for a successful exhibition Discover the benefits of creating an exhibition Recognize common mistakes to avoid when organizing an exhibition. Target Audience: This class is designed for librarians, archivists, museum staff, and anyone who needs practical guidance on organizing exhibitions of any size. Prerequisites: None Homework Expectations and Completion Requirements: Students will participate in class discussion and complete individual assignments.
