I just finished attending some webinars on the CAA Code of Best Practices, and there does look to be some opportunity to use the code to justify making bigger claims of Fair Use in our work as librarians and also in the advice we provide to faculty and students.

CAA is looking for groups that might “endorse” the code.  I wonder if this is something ARLIS/NA is pursuing?
