Dear Members of ARLIS/NA: I am writing to inform you that the proposed amendments to the ARLIS/NA Bylaws have passed. Here are the results of the Ballot: Ayes: 287 Nays: 4 Abstentions: 6 The bylaws state that amendments will be adopted if two thirds of votes cast are in favor; as 96.6% of votes cast were in favor the Bylaws Amendments are adopted.
