Thank you so much for this update, Shelly. I'm very relieved to hear that this is not a model constructed by Calder. Someone else has received an update from the Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, and the model is being stored temporarily in the parking garage during renovations to the terminal. It will be moved back inside once the renovations are complete. Thank you all for your responses. This was a model made to experiment with the lighting on the plaza ... It's an unfortunate location no matter what it is. By "the plaza" he means The Calder Plaza where La Grande Vitesse is located in downtown Grand Rapids. Hope that helps clear things up somewhat.
