The 2016 CBAA Conference Program Committee calls for papers, sessions, and roundtable conversations about the narratives that shape our creative endeavors in the field of book arts. Nashville hollers out to the thinkers, the makers, the technicians, the teachers, and the collectors of books and printed material. We know a good story has the power to expand our knowledge — to humanize the gap between information and wisdom. So, turn over your working hands and try to remember just how many stories have passed through those ink-stained fingers. What tall tales or nuggets of wisdom will you throw into this (good and greasy) skillet we call Telling the Story?

Submissions for pre-formed panels and roundtable conversations are encouraged.
