Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

The International Relations Committee is thrilled [and stunned] to announce that the Brazil Study Tour is at capacity.  At this time registration is closed.

We will, however, maintain a waiting list should there be unforeseen cancellations. If you remain interested in the tour, and would like to be placed on the waiting list, send an email, with a subject line BRAZIL WAITING LIST, to me <[log in to unmask]>.

It will not be realistic to maintain this list beyond May 6, as ample time must be left for visa application.

Thank you for your support of this effort and for that of the mission of the IRC.
