If you are attending the ARLIS conference, don’t forget to add the SEI meet-up reunion to your list of activities!

SEI meet-up/reunion
Saturday, March 21 from 6:00-7:00 pm
The Whiskey & Rye Bar, Omni Fort Worth

Previous attendees, instructors, co-chairs, implementation team members, and sponsors are all welcome to attend. Or if you are thinking about registering for a future SEI--or having your institution host SEI someday--this event is also for you!

In its twelfth year as a joint program between the Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS/NA) and the Visual Resources Association Foundation (VRAF), SEI 2105 will be held at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign from June 9-12, 2015.

SEI (Summer Educational Institute for Visual Resources and Image Management) is an intensive workshop featuring a curriculum that specifically addresses the requirements of today's professional, including lectures, hands-on modules, and discussion. The SEI curriculum is suited to information professionals new to the field, those currently enrolled in library schools wishing to gain image management training, and more experienced professionals eager to respond to fast-changing technological advancements and job requirements.

More information about SEI, including curriculum and instructors, can be found on the workshop website. Please feel free to contact the SEI co-chairs, Meghan Musolff ([log in to unmask]) or Greta Bahnemann ([log in to unmask]) with any questions. And look for people wearing SEI buttons at the conference!

Follow SEI on Facebook and Twitter (@seiworkshop).

Safe travels!
