I'd like to get others' opinions on this. We have a set of microfiche from
1983 called "Fine and Decorative Arts in France: Paintings: Provincial
Museums." Published by Mindata Ltd. They are fiche reproductions of
sections of the Photographic Archives of the Caisse Nationale des Monuments
Historiques et des Sites, Paris.

Is it worthwhile to keep this set or has it been fully superseded by
digital archives now? We do have a PhD program in art history, so the
content may still be of interest, but I know no one is going to use
microfiche unless they have absolutely no other options.

Your advice will be appreciated!

thanks,
