Dear Friends-

Not long ago I sent a question to the list asking how patrons with an appointment access the museum library without paying an admission charge.   I received a great number of responses that were very helpful to me and the administration (thank you all who responded!).  Following up on that—I don’t know of any museum that actually requires patrons to pay the admission charge in order to access the library.  Are there any that you know of?  If your institution requires to pay admission for library patrons I would like to learn more about the rationale for doing so, or if you know of any, please share that with me so I can contact the institution directly.

Thank you for your help,

Alba
