At my architecture and design branch library, we are going to begin using Springshare’s LibAnswers to record and assess reference transactions at the desk, via telephone, email, and chat. I would
appreciate hearing from anyone who has implemented this system (or something similar) at an architecture/art/design branch library. Specifically, I would like to find out if you are tracking information besides question and answer, question type, contact point,
