Dear Colleagues,

At my architecture and design branch library, we are going to begin using Springshare’s LibAnswers to record and assess reference transactions at the desk, via telephone, email, and chat. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has implemented this system (or something similar) at an architecture/art/design branch library. Specifically, I would like to find out if you are tracking information besides question and answer, question type, contact point, and time spent. Please respond off list. Many thanks in advance.
